1Dispatch Hubs & Operational Timelines
Pingax InMotion LLP operates dedicated packing, grading, and logistics centers across key agricultural transport corridors. Primary wholesale dispatches are coordinated from:
- Mahuva Central Sorting & Grading Hub (Bhavnagar, Gujarat): 10,000 sq.ft. facility with certified computerized weighbridge, primary grading line, and Pan-Gujarat staging.
- Pollachi Mandi Aggregation Center (Tamil Nadu): Direct origin farm collection point for South Indian Grade A coconuts.
- Tiptur Sourcing Depot (Karnataka): Dedicated copra drying and whole dry nut grading yard.
- Ahmedabad Secondary Staging Hub (Aslali Ring Road): Rapid transit replenishment for North Gujarat, Saurashtra, and Rajasthan borders.
Purchase orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (IST) with verified advance payment or active revolving credit clearance are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our central hubs.

Buyer nominates their authorized transporter. Loading onto vehicle is executed at our expense; subsequent transit freight is payable to the carrier at destination.
Freight is pre-negotiated based on prevailing market diesel rates and per-ton tariff, itemized clearly on the Proforma / Tax Invoice.
* Note: Local toll charges, state entry taxes (if applicable), and destination unloading (hamali) are payable by the consignee at the receiving godown unless specifically quoted as an all-inclusive delivery.
4Risk-of-Loss Transfer Point & Title Passing
- Ex-Depot Contracts: Title, property, and risk-of-loss transfer to the buyer the moment the vehicle is certified on the computerized weighbridge and departs our warehouse gate with the signed gate pass and Lorry Receipt (LR).
- FOR Destination Contracts: Pingax InMotion LLP remains responsible for safe transit until the transport vehicle reaches the buyer's specified godown boundary. Risk-of-loss transfers to the buyer upon physical presentation of the consignment prior to commencement of unloading.
- Transit Insurance: All high-value interstate consignments are accompanied by marine transit insurance covers under Institute Cargo Clauses (A) or standard road carrier liability. Consignees must obtain an endorsement on the LR if external vehicular damage is observed.
5Transit Moisture Shrinkage & Weighbridge Tolerance
Whole botanical coconuts are natural living agricultural produce that naturally undergo evaporative transpiration during highway transit:
Natural weight variation up to 2% between dispatch weighbridge slip and destination weighbridge slip is universally acknowledged across Indian APMC mandis as seasonal evaporative transit shrinkage. Weight discrepancies exceeding 2% qualify for immediate commercial shortage claims upon joint verification within 24 hours of arrival.
6Statutory Logistics Documentation (GST & E-Way Bill)
Every vehicle leaves our staging docks with complete statutory documentation under Section 68 of the CGST Act:
- Original Tax Invoice containing verified HSN Code (08011210 / 08011910) and GST breakup.
- Government E-Way Bill generated on the GST portal matching the vehicle number and destination coordinates.
- Transporter Lorry Receipt (LR / Consignment Note) indicating bag count and gross/tare/net weight.
- Computerized dual-unit weighbridge certified slip.
